LuxLink: Rapid Conjugation System for Custom NovoLISA
Monod Bio’s NovoLISA is a rapid, no-wash (homogeneous) immunoassay powered by state-of-the-art Split LuxSit™ (LuxSit™ sPro) Luciferase technology. The system utilizes two small fragments— βit (~1.5 kDa) and αLux (~12 kDa)—that function as a highly efficient complementation reporter.
These fragments are easily conjugated to antibodies using a standard amine-reactive protocol. When two antibodies bind to separate epitopes on a target analyte, the fragments reconstitute into a functional enzyme. Upon adding LuxSit™ Pro Substrate, the system generates a luminescent signal directly proportional to the analyte concentration.
Optimized for precision, the LuxSit™ sPro system features small, high-stability fragments with a low intrinsic affinity (~89 µM). This design ensures minimal interference with protein binding and delivers fast, reliable results for sophisticated analyte detection.
Key features of LuxLink for NovoLISA
Quick Assay Set Up: Conjugation of LuxSit sPro to the Antibody pair takes less than four hours from beginning to end.
Homogenous “Mix-and-Read”: assay Simplified immunoassay platform that eliminates repeated wash steps and multistep workflows common in conventional ELISAs.
Minimal Interference: The small, lysine-free design of LuxSit sPro minimizes steric hindrance and preserves native binding interactions.
High Sensitivity and Speed: Under the ideal conditions the pairs can achieve similar performance to full ELISA protocols in just 15-minutes
LuxLink Kit Components
| LuxLink Antibody Conjugation System Component Name | Unit Size |
